MMA fighters compete in an octagonal cage or ring, using a combination of striking and grappling techniques to defeat their opponents.

MMA has become a popular sport worldwide, with organizations such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Bellator MMA, and ONE Championship hosting events featuring some of the most skilled fighters in the world. MMA has also gained popularity as a fitness activity, with many gyms offering classes that incorporate techniques and training methods used in MMA.

Korean Hapkido Combative

Korean Hapkido is a martial art that emphasizes the use of joint locks, throws, and pressure points to subdue an opponent. It was developed in Korea in the mid-20th century by a group of martial arts masters who sought to create a comprehensive system that incorporated techniques from various traditional Korean martial arts, as well as Japanese Aikido and Chinese Kung Fu.

Hapkido techniques typically involve redirecting an opponent's energy and using it against them, rather than relying on brute force. Practitioners of Hapkido are trained in a wide range of techniques, including strikes, kicks, joint locks, throws, and ground grappling.

In addition to self-defense techniques, Hapkido also incorporates training in meditation, breathing exercises, and philosophy, emphasizing the development of mental and spiritual as well as physical strength.

Combat FS Jiu-Jitsu

Combat Jiu Jitsu, also known as CJJ, is a hybrid combat sport that combines elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with striking techniques similar to those used in traditional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) competition.

In a typical CJJ match, competitors start off by grappling on the ground, using traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques to try to gain dominant position and submit their opponent. However, unlike traditional BJJ, CJJ allows competitors to use open-hand strikes to the body and head while on the ground, which adds an element of danger and excitement to the match.

The strikes used in CJJ are similar to those used in MMA competition, but are limited to open-hand palm strikes, which are less likely to cause serious injury than closed-fist punches. The goal of these strikes is to create openings in the opponent's defense, allowing the competitor to advance their position or secure a submission.

CJJ has gained popularity in recent years and is now a recognized sport with organized competitions and rules governing the use of strikes. It is seen as a way to bridge the gap between traditional BJJ and MMA, providing a new and exciting challenge for athletes who want to test their skills in a different way.
